The annual Tribute to Women of Achievement event honors women who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and excellence in their professional and community endeavors. Once chosen as an honoree, these women become lifelong members of the Academy of Women Leaders.
Since the program began in 1985, more than 500 area women have been honored for their achievements, generosity, and willingness to encourage success in others.
The Academy of Women Leaders champions the mission of LiveSafe Resources: To provide safety and healing to those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault.
These women leaders help ensure the future of LiveSafe Resources through program engagement, financial support, and mentoring new members. The Academy acts as an influential voice in the community at large, supporting the work to make a difference in the lives of women.
